Board Update & Annual Meeting

We would like to take this opportunity to up-date the homeowners of the progress of the re-sales & signage issues within your community.―Open House‖ signs are only permit- ted from 1:00 p.m.to 5:00 p.m. on the first and third Sundays of each month. Effective October 1, 2011, no other signage will be permitted on interior/exterior of any unit.
A bulletin board has been placed at the clubhouse exterior front doorway listing current re-sale units. Copies of the above units are located in the information box below the bulletin board.
The Web-site has been established for re-sale units. Information regarding the properties is linked directly to the realtor or homeowners Web- site or email. Please visit www.fairwayvillas.org. To list your property on the resale sheet and Web site, an informational form must be completed. Forms can be ob- tained from the box located below the bulletin board or by contacting Ley Property Management. Forms must be e-mailed to Sandy S. or sent to her address: 2680-C Canterbury Circle, Port Clinton, Ohio 43452.
To preserve the Fairway Villas community’s safety and protection, surveillance cameras have now been installed in your clubhouse. Additionally, cameras have been positioned at the front entrance to the clubhouse, the exercise room and the pool area.
The Fairway Villas Annual Homeowner Meeting will be held Saturday, October 8th, at the Catawba Island Club’s Chart Room. Registration will begin at 10:15 a.m. The meeting will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m.

Reservations will be available to sign-up for a buffet lunch to be served at the conclusion of the meeting.
All residents are urged to at- tend. The main purpose of an annual meeting is the election of board members and the presentation of reports. These meetings are not designed to be complaint sessions. Owners with immediate complaints or concerns should immediately con- tact management and not wait until an annual meeting.
When annual meetings are kept to a reasonable length and if owners are considerate in the use of time, the annual meeting will successfully fulfill the aim of informing owners and electing board members. Terms of the Board members expiring this year include: Bill and Larry.
Meeting packets will be mailed shortly. If not able to attend, we strongly urge you to return your signed proxy. Your proxy is needed to establish a quorum.
